Don't Become A Victim to E Coli

© By Lena Sanchez

Escherichia coli (E Coli or Ecoli) is currently in the news
and said to be running rampant in Germany with at least
four cases here in the U.S. This particular E Coli
is a mutant strain that has no known medications to
treat it. Natural is your best bet!

If you have a strong digestive tract you do not
have to be a victim of Ecoli even if you come
in contact with the bacteria!

E Coli has been around since time began and in centuries
past was seldom even noticed as the digestive tracts were
strong assuring the body of a strong immune system to
fight off invading bacteria, viruses or fungi. How could
that be? Because their foods contained the necessary
nutrients to keep the immune system strong.

Whether it’s the mutant strain or the old strain of E Coli
you can expect E Coli to take you down if you do not have
a strong digestive tract. Ecoli infections tend to run
rampant every year in warm weather. All because
we get out and picnic more with outdoor eating that
leave foods sitting too long allowing Ecoli to build up
ready to bombard your stomach with upsets. Sadly
conventional treatment given isn't always best!

You may have had the bugs hit you and not know it!

Sometimes Ecoli may mean only a small bout with
diarrhea for a day and then it's gone. Other times it can
be severe stomach cramping along with vomiting that
says you've been hit hard but you will live. Other times
it may mean fever, flu like symptoms and serious
consequences to the point of death in small children
and aged. Death happens with this severity as it
leaves the body dehydrated, which can cause
the heart to go into Atrial Fibrillation from the lack
of electrolytes aka minerals in the body due to that
dehydration.

One of the most common sources of Ecoli is eating
undercooked meat. The latest cases have been
traced to vegetables.

Antibiotic Treatment by the medical world for Ecoli is
risky because antibiotics decimates the intestinal
system, which is already suffering from the toxins
increasing the length of time you will suffer from the
bacterium and death more possible.

Treatments that I have found to work without antibiotics are;
1 –
Minerals
balance to keep the heart and other organs
functioning as they should even in the face of dehydration.
If the vomiting and diarrhea are really severe and you
cannot keep food or liquids down you may need to drop
liquid minerals on pieces of fruit or vegetables or a couple
of drops in each cup of water or juice until the body can
hold food down. This prevents heart failure!

2 – Add Probiotics Plus Digestive Enzymes to your
intestinal track to help take care of the Ecoli naturally.
The stomach is where the weakness lies that allowed
you to become ill with Ecoli or will prevent you from
succumbing to Ecoli.
Digestive
Enzymes begin the
digestive process and killing bacteria, then billions of
probiotic in the bowels can overcome and kill the
offending bacteria if you are already suffering from
it… Ecoli cannot get a hold on your system when a
balanced
intestinal
ecosystem exists.

3 - Take two to three tablespoons of
Ionic
Sliver Water
three times a day for two or three days, this is also
known to kill the offending ecoli bacteria, even those
that hide in the your body that comes out later to
cause problems. With both these additions you can
enjoy the summer free of intestinal upsets.

These three supplements are to keep in your medicine
war chest (not in the bathroom cabinet), that kills
more than 650 bacteria, virus or fungi. Keeping most
illnesses away as it keeps the immune system tuned
up to ward off illnesses.

Don't become a victim to digestive illness!
