Arm Yourself with Shiitake Mushroom Tea this Flu Season

So here we are on October 11, 2018; almost the end of the year already.  Wow did this year fly by.  Well that's for another story.  A few years ago I found a recipe for a wonderful tea made out of my of the most important superfoods you want in your diet, SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS.  Shiitake mushrooms have so many benefits, but here is a list of just a few: BOOST IMMUNE SYSTEM LOWERING BLOOD CHOLESTEROL LEVELS HARDENING OF THE ARTERIES DIABETES ECZEMA COLDS AND FLU PROSTATE OR BREAST CANCER ANTI-AGING AGENT  I don't know who gets credit for this recipe because I had it written on a napkin so maybe a friend was telling me about it.  Well either way Here it Is: INGREDIENTS: 4 SHIITAKE MUSHROOM CAPS 4 CUPS FILTERED WATER PINCH OF SEA SALT PINCH OF BLACK PEPPER 2 TEASPOONS TUMERIC POWDER DIRECTIONS: SOAK 4 DRY OR FRESH MUSHROOMS FOR ONE HOUR IN 4 CUPS OF WATER SLIKE THE SHIITAKE AND BRING THE MUSHROOMSWITH THE SOAKING WATER AND A PINCH OF SEAL SALT TO BOIL.
